At Enlightened Styles, we are deeply committed to clean beauty and sustainable practices. Our mission is to provide a safe, healthy, and eco-friendly environment for both our clients and our team.
Here’s how we make that happen:
Clean Beauty:
- Non-Toxic Products: We use products free from harmful chemicals like sulfates, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, and artificial colorants.
- Cruelty-Free: All our product lines are cruelty-free, ensuring no animals are harmed in the process.
- VIRTUES Checklist: We meticulously vet all products and practices using our very own VIRTUES checklist to ensure they align with our values.
Sustainability Efforts:
- Refillery: Our refillery allows clients to refill their favorite products, significantly reducing plastic waste.
- Eco-Friendly Equipment: We use Ecoheads at our shampoo bowls to conserve water and energy.
- Sustainable Materials: We use glass or aluminum containers, paper or tapioca-based foils, and biodegradable bags instead of plastic processing caps.
- Composting: We compost our hair at a local farm and in our backyard composter.
- Upcycling: We upcycle leftover color and recycle as much as possible locally. What we cannot manage, we send to Green Circle Salon.
- Local Partnerships: We partner with local businesses to gift packing supplies from shipments, supporting a circular economy.
- Client Education: We educate our clients on sustainable practices and clean ingredient choices for their daily lives.
- Biodegradable Trash Bags: We use biodegradable trash bags to minimize environmental impact.
- Community Involvement: We partner with local businesses to create positive change in the industry.

Hairstylist
Compensation Range:
38-48%
Experience Required:
Licensed Cosmetologist with
at least 1 year of experience
Role Summary:
Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling while maintaining the highest standards of client care and professionalism.
Esthetician
Compensation Range:
36-46%
Experience Required:
Licensed esthetician with at least 1 year of experience
Role Summary:
Deliver facial treatments, Headspa, and skincare consultations with a focus on holistic and eco-friendly products.
Headspa Specialist
Compensation Range:
38-48%
Experience Required:
Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician willing to learn our headspa protocol
Role Summary:
Provide relaxing headspa treatments incorporating sound healing and energy balancing techniques.
