Appointment Reminder:
48 hours before your scheduled service, you will receive an appointment reminder with a confirmation request. Simply hit confirm, and you’re all set!
Arriving at Enlightened Styles:
You’ll find us in a charming building in the heart of Warrenton. We are located in between Piedmont Vets and an car dealer. There are parking spots in front of the main building as well as the back.
Checking In:
Upon entering, you’ll find an iPad to the left on the desk. Please check in using your phone number, then take a seat in our relaxing waiting area to the right of the door. Your stylist will greet you shortly.
Comfort During Your Visit:
We offer a variety of beverages to keep you comfortable. Chargers for your mobile devices and Wi-Fi are available if needed. At Enlightened Styles, we believe you should choose how to spend your time in the salon. Whether you want to chat about clean beauty, sustainability, recycling, scalp care, or simply relax in silence, we’re here to make your visit enjoyable and tailored to your preferences. To further enhance your experience, we provide aromatherapy, cozy blankets, heating pads, and cooling towels for your comfort.

Have you ever been nervous about getting your hair done by a new stylist? That won’t happen here. Through our innovative consultation process, we’ll get to know each other better. We want you to feel confident and excited about your experience with us.
Your scalp and hair are unique, and we learn as much as we can before discussing your goals. Using a microscope and an iPad, we’ll examine your scalp and hair shaft to identify your specific needs. This thorough assessment helps us create a tailored plan just for you.
We’ll review your inspiration photos (bring your Pinterest board!) to get a clear vision of what you love and the level of maintenance you expect. We will then create a sustainable plan that ensures you look and feel amazing, not just on the first day but every day until your next visit.
During Your Service:
At Enlightened Styles, we are dedicated to giving you our undivided attention. We only take one appointment per stylist at a time, so you receive personalized care and focus throughout your visit. Enjoy a cup of our O-way herbal tea, Kangen water, or a healthy snack from the snack bar while our team of professionals takes care of the rest. Whether you’re getting a professional cut or a color service, we use advanced color technology to create your unique color formula, which we record for future visits.
Your experience is our priority, and we’re committed to making it enjoyable and tailored to your preferences. Whether you want to chat or prefer some quiet time to read or relax, we cater to your needs. If you need to recharge, our salon provides the perfect space for aligning your energy.
Finishing Up Your Experience:
Once we finish your styling, we’ll have a mini photoshoot to capture your new look. Keep an eye on your inbox for free sustainability and pro-beauty tips, service specials, local event updates, and more
Your Between Visit Success Plan:
We’ll ensure you look amazing between visits with a personalized at-home care plan. During your appointment, we’ll outline a One Year Enlightened Journey, mapping out your beauty goals and creating a plan to achieve them.
We’ll work closely together to address any concerns and make adjustments as needed. Our goal is to help you achieve your desired beauty results and leave you feeling confident and radiant.

Sustainability is key: we upcycle, recycle, compost, and avoid plastic waste. Our Refillery and air-cleaning plants enhance our eco-friendly environment. As a Green Circle Salon, we responsibly recycle and repurpose waste.

FAQ
What is your cancellation policy
Last-minute cancellations greatly impact our stylists. If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations within hours that cannot be filled will be charged a rebooking fee of approximately 50% of the original service price. No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the planned service cost.
Redo Policy:
We understand that sometimes once you get home and live in your new hair for a few days, that you may find some adjustments need to be made. We are happy to make minor adjustments that align with our original consultation within 7 days of the original service. Adjustments that alter the original plan or are made more than 7 days after the original appointment will require full payment. We do not provide refunds on services.
Why do I need a credit card on file?
Credit cards are kept securely within Boulevard’s Secure Online Platform. We collect the card number to make your experience smoother and more convenient. Your card number is never visible to us, and we never charge your card without notifying you first. Your card is not charged until you come in for your appointment, and you can change the form of payment while you are at the salon if you choose. If you need to cancel or do not show up for your appointment, we will send you a message before your card on file is charged for the cancellation/no-show fee.
Running Late?
Please arrive 5 min early for your appointment to allow for parking and to ensure your receive your full service. If you are running late we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 10 min late your service will need to be rescheduled for a later date and the cancelation policy will be in effect.

I had an amazing experience with my new stylist Greer- she rescued my hair and gave me one of my best cuts ever! I moved out here from DC two years ago and was loosing hope on a local salon. My first attempt was the worst… I’ve since painfully been growing out a cut from someone that used hair cutting thinners and damaged my curls. Curls were lost, confused and a hot mess! Greer was so understanding, knowledgeable on curls, and seriously rescued my head with an awesome cut. Get tons of compliments!
