Your reservations are very important us as they are reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes it may need to be changed or canceled, which we are more than happy to assist with. However, a 72-hour notice is required for all changes to ensure the time needed to offer open spaces to other clients. Because the services are reserved for you personally, all appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 72 hours notice are subject to a $30 fee for haircut appointment and $75 fee for any other service rescheduled. No Call/ No Show/ Forgotten appointments will result in a 50% fee on the entire services scheduled.
